LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

R.G. R.G. TOMBS DOOR Co., Inc. warrants that every door, its hardware and fittings will be free of defects in material or workmanship. Should any defect in material or workmanship appear within one year of installation, R.G. Tombs Door Company shall upon notification, correct such non-conformities by repairing or replacing any defective part or parts.

This warranty does not include normal wear, damage beyond the manufacturer's control or replacement labor.

The foregoing warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties. In no event shall the seller be liable for special, incedental or consequential damages
