Polyurethane Core -- In a
controlled environment, the polyurethane core is foamed in place by
continuous process to a density of 2.6 pounds per cubic foot. The
outside surface of the metal is specifically treated to provide a
permanent pond to the foam and an extremely rigid door.

Vinyl Top Seal Strip -- A top
seal strip is easily adjusted to assure a weather-tight seal along the
top of the door.

Protective Plastic Coating --
To help eliminate damage during shipping, the exterior of the door has
a thin layer of plastic covering it. This must be removed upon
installation.

26 Gauge Steel Inside and Out
-- Baked finish (white) both sides. This door will match any
architectural style.

Aluminum End Cap
(non-corrosive) -- Solid attachment of all roller carriers is assured
with the heavy duty aluminum end cap that wraps completely around the
end of the door. Rigid PVC covers all exterior surfaces of the end cap
to provide a thermal break at the edges of the door as well as through
the center.

Joint Seal -- A foam rubber
seal with a durable water surface virtually eliminates infiltration of
air between the sections

Bottom Astragal -- This gray,
flexible astragal will conform to minor irregularities in the floor.

11 Gauge Steel Stiffner
(continuous) -- Applied during foaming, it's where all hardware is
attached, creating a double wall to fasten all hardware.
